Staffordshire Regiment Museum- Heritage Weekend

During Tamworth Heritage weekend on Saturday 1st September, visitors are welcomed to Staffordshire Regiment Museum. The museum will be offering free uniformed trench tours at 11 am, 12 pm, 1pm and 2pm. Military historian and Author Robert Hope will be giving two talks on the Staffordshire Regiment VC’s at 12pm and 2pm and the in-house research volunteers will be offering a drop in centre for help and advice for people wishing to research their military family history.

There will also be a special guest appearance from the Regimental Mascot Lance Corporal Watchman V and his handler Colour Sergeant Greg Hedges
